Keg at Boar & Fable, Bradford. Pours near black with pale tan foam. Aroma: biscuit, caramel, cinnamon, maple, some burnt malts. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet with light to moderate bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Too heavily pastry-fied for me!

Can at home. Pours deep reddish brown, nose is chocolate, caramel, cinnamon, taste is similar, little thin and flat in the finish.

Black beer, thick tan head. Nice sugary-sweet bready aroma, with a bit of malt and caramel. Flavour has the caramel again, sweet malt, cinnamon, a little lactose, a bit of milk chocolate. Decent body to it and a good finish with a mix of the sweetness and the warmth from the cinnamon with a good body too. Super drinkable.
