Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small off-white head. The aroma has herbs and hints if malts and gentle spices. In the mouth it is quite sweet with a somewhat watery texture, Flavour has floral herbs, lemongrass and coriander plus hints of other spices. Later on there are traces of orange and citrus as well, leading to a delicately spiced finish. This is a decent unusual beer though it could have done with a bit more spice.

Stockport Beer Festival 2024. Hazy slightly lighter golden colour. Hoppy-sweet aroma and taste through its herbal influence.

Cask at the Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Slight hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are Thai spice herbal, lemongrass, slight dry to finish. medium body.
