Cask at The Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Off black colour with a pale tan head. From and taste are malty sweet coffee and slight chocolate. Smooth body.

Monday 8th April 2024, Skipton Pub Crawl with Ant, Maureen, Margie, Auntie Sue and me, plus Tilly and Bertie (the dogs). Hand-pulled half-pint in The Beer Engine. Almost black in colour, good tanned foaming head. It's malty with chocolate and coffee flavours to the fore. Slightly sweet with a mini-burnt malty bitterness in the finish.
