This un-fined and naturally hazy IPA brewed with our friends Northern Monk from just across 'the triangle' celebrates the famous Yorkshire delicacy by combining it with three recently developed UK-grown hop varieties. Harlequin, Jester and Ernest contribute aromas of citrus and tropical fruits to complement the flavour of rhubarb.

Cask at the golden eagle Lincoln. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are fruity rhubarb and sweet with a slight bitter finish. Medium body.
