This time we’ve selected a classic US hop combination, Citra, Mosaic & El Dorado, This beer is packed full of over ripe mango, fleshy papaya & a touch of pineapple in both the flavour and aroma. We’ve also changed our house yeast blend to add more fruity esters, alongside a smooth creamier mouthfeel.

Keg at the Chelmsford Craft Beer Festival. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, but a nice light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Nice bright tropical fruits that suggest hoppage other than what was used (Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado). Crisp fruity finish. Bright and refreshing!
