Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear deep amber brown beer, good pale tan head. Smooth but light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Mahoosive foam bananas! Underpinned by fairly rich dark chocolate malts delivered in a light mouthfeel way. A little salted caramel on the back end. Another rich high abv brew from down under, they have a discernable style and whilst some of their brews have been slightly clunky for me, overall, I would be looking to buy everything they brew! Well, if they were not on the wrong side of the planet!

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/09/24. Black with a tan head that thins to the edge. Nose is dark malts, chocolate dipped bananas, roast malts, molasses, spice. Taste comprises chocolate, spice, nutty, banana chews, molasses, roasted bit, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, light oily feel with a drying close and rising boost. Fun enough pastry but a little sweet and sticky and lacking a touch of balance to be a 4 and north thereof.
