Corax is a good old fashioned traditional roasty stout that has a rich deep dark colour. It is full bodied and is complemented with complex roasted and coffee flavours with hints of toasted caramel and chocolate. Topped with a creamy white head.

Near black with a frothy tan head. Pretty decent stout with dry roasted malt, some sweet berry fruit, a hint of coffee and dry bitterness

Skipton Beer Festival 2024. Very dark brown-black. Smooth tasting, fair body for its strength but decent roasted malts are to be found within. Lesser so in aroma.

13/4/2024. Cask at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear dark mahogany brown with a small bubbly/frothy tan coloured head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, coffee, ash, hint of coconut husk. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Easy drinking session stout.

Cask at the Cardinals hat. Black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty and coffee. Dry finish. Medium body.
