Draft At Local Brewing Tap in Collingwoof, Melbourne. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty pine and slight fruity citrus. Slight and growing bitter. Medium body.

An impressive WCIPA. The two prominent aromas are grapefruit and caramel plus bread and pine. That caramel gives a nice body in the mouth, and the pine and grapefruit give it a zestiness on the tongue. Great mouthfeel, nice finish. All good.
