A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on sour Morello cherries grown in a small orchard in Kent, UK.

Smells of armpits in a nice way. Taste is strangely spicy, almonds, cherry. Not so sour. Fruitiness is the best bit. Doesn’t seem that complex, but it’s pretty nice.

Bottle at home. Deep ruby colour with a pinkish head. Aroma and taste are tart cherry and leathery, flavors are subtle. Medium body.
