This imperial stout was brewed with 11 types of malts including chocolate wheat and coffee malt then finished with Belgian candy syrup. The beer was then aged in American bourbon barrels for 12 months then conditioned on Cacao Nibs. We packaged half of the beer to create our recent release 'Parabol' while ageing the remaining half on toasted coconut flakes.

Аромат очень сухой и кофейный, есть какао, немного шоколада, меньше сиропа, немного бочки. Цвет угольный, пенка маленькая. Вкус тоже очень шоколадно-кофейный, снова прям зерна ощущаются от какао. Немного дерева, при глотке. Сухость и горчинка излишняя как по мне в таком сладком стиле. Немного непонятно, но в принципе можно получить удовольствие.

Can from The Fuss Club. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, coconut. Taste is chocolate cake, coconut, bourbon, liquorice toffee, caramel. Quite dry. Throat caressing alcohol warmth. Boozy sweet finish

440ml can. Pitch black pour with a dense brown head. Aroma of cacao, roast malt, coffee. Taste of bitter dark chocolate, coffee, coconut, roast malt, bit more bourbon here than in Parabol, more oaky/woody notes, warming booze and bitter finish. Full bodied. Basically a copy paste from Parabol. Such similar stouts, the coconut in this one isn't as strong as expected but it's really the main difference, also felt the bourbon came through a little stronger in this one.
