A West Coast IPA with plenty of bite from Galaxy, Columbus and Centennial. Bitter and zesty with a sweet caramel maltiness. Galaxy and Columbus both known for their dankness, with some lemon and passionfruit too.

Can bought at Kerrera, Guildford. Aroma has resin, stone fruit, an earthiness. Hazy amber orange. Thin frothy foamy translucent white head. Ooh. It is certainly bitter. Like licking some resin splattered balsa. Spice. Develops tangy fruit with a drop of sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Powdery touch. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Flavoursome WCIPA.

Foamy white head on a murky amber coloured body. Plaster, green hop & faint malt aroma. Medium bodied, short & sharp on the tongue with a dull back end. Pale malt, caramel, dank & bitter citrus tastes with a green hoppy finish. Grower - Love it.

Hmm, not what I was hoping for. Peach with some strong herbal notes, some caramel on the palate, with a strange pepper and bitterness to finish
