Bottle: Dark ruby-amber with large creamy dense head. Weak caramel toffee aroma, hint of metal. Cloying malt flavor, clearly underhopped. Light undifferentiated hop aroma. MWBF 2002: Faded brown whisky color. Cooked vegetal aroma and flavor. (rating based on bottle sampling)

Do Europe and North America get the same version of this? It was a tasty altbier in Finland, and a bland red ale in Canada. Very curious...
