Hazy golden with a white head, light sweet aroma. Flavour is bready and hoppy with a little sweet citrus and spice.

568ml can. A present bought (I think) from HoTM, York and drunk at home. Brownish gold, clear with a small ring of white head. Nose for me is big raisin and a lot of caramel. Sweet taste, not a hint of bitterness. Lots of vanilla here, some Biscoff, TCP. I think I'm getting some of the citrus right at the finish. It's a good beer but not a great one: a little bit sickly in places and too samey in flavour, but I love the cleverness of the recipe. So a solid 3.5.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of mixed peel and bread. Taste adds lime and vanilla. Light sweet finish. Why?

Appearance is amber, a bit murky, a small fizzy white head. Aroma is malt, brown bread, fruitcake hints, raisiny dark malt. Taste is raisin, nutty malt, fruitcake, hoppy hints, orange peel, juicy fruit at the end. Quite full-bodied. Good effort at a panettone.

Can from Fuss club and day 6 of my advent. Light hazed amber brown colour with a thin head. Aroma and taste are light spice and bready with dried fruit. Slightly sweet. Rich body.
