A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet banana, yeast, phenols. Taste of phenols, banana, yeast, nothing special.

From tap at 7e Noordelijk Lentebierenfestival, Leeuwarden. Aroma is sourish wheat with soft fruity notes, some citrus, bready wheat. Hints of banana, mild bitterness, dry-ish. Some more citrus in the finish.

Fles gekocht bij de brouwerij, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat fris zurige geur. De smaak is grassig, tarwe met een zacht gistachtig zuurtje.

Fles 33cl thuis. Veel koolzuur. Licht zurig, fruitig, koriander, wat moutig, bittertonen, licht kruidig, ergens banaan. Zit tussen witbier en weizen in. (10-0-2018).

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Kâld Kletske Weet ].ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, witbier yeast, bubble gum, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, herbs - grain, wheat, fruity yeast, light spicy - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
