When trekking through the Yutucan jungle in Mexico, we learnt how the Mayans would blend chocolate and chillies to create a fiery drink that is truly the Elixir of the Gods ! We just had to try it with ginger beer! Our fiery Chaach hits you with earthy, sweet chocolate, before smokey, sweet ginger beer takes over. A smooth chili heat finishes off a truly unique drinking experience

11/10/2024. Draft pour at Nottingham Beer Festival shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with minimal head. Aroma is spiced, ginger, chilies, hint of chocolate, smoked hotdog edge. Taste starts with some chili heat, mellowing, becomes quite sweet, ginger biscuit. Medium body, light spritzy carbonation. Liked it.

Keg at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of ginger, chilli notes. Taste is gingery, with warming chilli, some hints of chocolate, spice & smoke. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry warm ginger & chilli finish. Quite drinkable
