Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Well well well. Sahti in Leicester, we have come a long way. Deep golden with a little bit of haze and a generous off-white head which dissipates quickly. Woody and honeyed note, getting a little bit of the juniowr. Some gooseberry. First sip is really sour, slightly sweaty with notes of Manuka honey and ultra sour underripe berry. Second sip it mellows with the same characters without the intensity. Medium to heavy carbonation. Damn this is cool.
