From tap at Utrechtse Bierbrouwersfestival 2016. Aroma is fruity and funky, barnyard, citrus, touch of rye. Flavour is a little tart with a rather dry finish. Body is medium. Lovely fruity and funky Saison!

Tap @ UBF 2016, small sample. Hazy yellow to golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of citrus, funk, bubblegum, strawberry, strawberry milkshake. Bit spicy notes in taste as well, bubblegummy Brett. Yummy.

Sample from tap @ Utrechts Brouwers Fesitval 2016, with Zlotta, Caesar, Benzai & ShivanDragon. Cloudy golden color. White head with some lacing. Aroma’s: brett-funk (oh dear), with some sour and sweetness retronasal. Flavor is light sweet, light sour. Light bodied. Finishes rather dry, moderate bitter.. Just the Dupont yeast would have been sufficient for me.

@UBF 2016, met #Zlotta, #Benzai, #Caesar en #PotjeBier wazig geel/gouden met witte kraag. aroma van brett, zuur, hout, fruitig. smaken van gras, kruidentuintje, lichte brett, citrus zuurtje, yoghurt, melkzuur, grassig, matige body, matig zoet, glad/zacht, zwak bitter, lage co2, smaken zijn ok, --- Beer merged from original tick of Sint Pilchardus Rye Bretted Saison on 23 May 2018 at 14:45 - Score: 7

Sampled from tap at Brouwersfestival Utrecht 2016. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, dense, white head. Sourish, funky and slightly fruity aroma of lemon, straw and oak. Sourish-fruity, funky taste of lemon, straw and oak, followed by a short, slightly bitter, tart finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice!

Sampled @ UBF 2016. Hazy murky opaque milky pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma annoys me: I don’t like the mix of strawberries, brett and sweetness. Barnyard in there too. Not my thing. Decent body and carbonation. Ok but as I said not my thing.
