A sweet 6% base with kilos of fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries added before being kettle soured overnight. The fermented fruit add some tartness, fizz and citrus while still keeping some sweet balanced flavours.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - purple to lipstick pink with a thin pinkish head. Nose - blackberry and raspberry. Funk. Taste - blackberry and parma violets. Palate - medium bodied, tart and funky. Overall - pretty good.

Keg at Brewdog Doghouse Edinburgh. Pours murky red with a thin pink-tinged head. Aromas of red berries, bramble. Taste is light sweet fruit, some tart berries. Light sour finish.

Can from rad. Hazy to cloudy deep red colour with a pinkish head. Aroma and taste are berry fruity tangy sweet to slight tart. Medium body.
