Goat & Ram is a Flanders Red style sour brewed with Pinot Noir skins, redcurrants and cherries, then aged for three months in a red wine barrel.

Holy Goat say “This Flanders Red style beer was fermented on Pinot Noir skins from grapes grown in Crouch Vale, Essex brought to us by our friends at Pastore. After three months on the skins we blended it with stock beer aged in red wine barrels. The resultant blend was conditioned on 100g/l of local Scottish redcurrants and third-use whole Frederiksdal sour cherries.”
