Cask at the golden eagle Lincoln. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are malty and caramel light sweet to slight bitter. Medium body.

Cask at the Old Ship - Hackney. Pours clear, light copper with a frothy, light khaki head. Lightly sweet with pleasant notes of toasted biscuits, subtle earth, grain, leafy hops. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, a little more earth, toasted grains, brown bread. Very easy-drinking mild.
