A straw coloured beer with wonderful peach and pear flavour and aroma. This budding beauty will satisfy any thirst with its spicy finish.

Handpull cask at the Moorings, Barrow-upon-Soar. Light gold and clear with a tight white head which leaves lots of lacing. Scratchy hay aroma, a bit of weeds and wildflowers, some buttered toast. Taste in more complex: bittersweet with a light lemony bitterness ushering in the finish. I don't get any of the tropical fruit mentioned in the description or the previous rates. Not bad but there's that damn buttery note prevalent in too many UK goldens. Its in good condition but just not that great a beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 3/5/2016. Golden in colour, with a decent, white, head. Pineapple and tropical fruits, sweetish and biscuity malts, some floral hops and dryish finish. Good.
