Ruby colour, large creamy brownish ecru-ish, pinkish-rose-like head; aroma of sour cherry, citric acidy, rapberry, seabuckthorn, rhubarb, redcurrant, some earthy, and minimal acetic acidy notes; taste is quite the same; good one

0.75l bottle many thanks to Lore. Never heared about honeysuckle yet so I'm not sure how to look for this fruit. Beautiful ruby body with a huge pink head. Aroma and taste of hibiscus, red currant, hibiscus, lemon juice and even some saffron. Not so sour yet refreshing beer. Great one.

0.75 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', bottled in April 2024. Hazy, ruby with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and slightly funky aroma of elderberry, honeysuckle apparently, blackberry and lemon with a touch of hay and oak. Gently sweet, medium sour, slightly bitter, rather fruity and a bit funky taste of elderberry, honeysuckle, oak, lemon, hibiscus, some leather and blackberry, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Extremely well-balanced, juicy and refreshing lambic. Perfect summer thirst-quencher, best fruit lambic I've had in a very long time!

Bottle shared. A bit of a gusher. Deep ruby to purple beer with big fluffy pink head. Rhubarb, blueberries, wheat, soft funk, lemon zest, yoghurt, blackberries, herbal tea, something prickly. Just medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with thick smoothie feel. Very fruity and very nice.

Bottle shared. Pours a beautiful deep purple-ish red body and a dense pinkish head. Aroma's of delicious sweet & sour berries (blueberries notably), with sourness more pronounced retronasal. Flavour is sour, woody, light moderate bitter. Light bodied. Finishes woody and dry, moderate bitter.

6/VI/24 - 75cl bottle @ Didier’s mansion, BB: n/a, bottled: 10/I/24 (2024-365) Thanks to Didier for sharing the bottle!
Clear deep ruby red beer, creamy light pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: quite some diacetyl, fruity, grapes, lots of yoghurt, meh. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, lots of yoghurt, pretty bitter, rather unpleasant. Aftertaste: quite some diacetyl, very bitter, yoghurt, dry, bitter finish, some tannins, meh. Definitely waaaay too young, needs a lot more ageing so the diacetyl can get out.
