[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy blond with no head. Saison yeast, bright chardonnay grape, quite nice.

375ml bottle. Pours a hazy blonde with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, green grape, pear, funky yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, pear, green apple, white wine, funky yeast, oak and floral hops in a crisp, dry, tart finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average to lively carbonation. Complex and easy to drink.

Hazy, with no head. Earthy, vinous, a nice chardonnay character with a solid saison base.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head with some chunks. Flavour is neutral, with light oak, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Flavour is gently tart, with light oak, gentle rustic notes, and a touch of white wine. Rustic, oaky, but a bit lacking. Decent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice fruity character with some sweetness and juicyness. Taste: same, sparkly. Overall: very nice.
