黄金がかった赤や銅のような色合いが特徴のレッドエールの中でも、シングルホップで仕上げた今年の秋の気まぐれは、季節の到来を祝うのにぴったりの一杯です。

微かなトフィーやビスケットのような風味を持つ穏やかな麦芽のキャラクターは、爽やかで飲みやすいながらも、少し温度が下がる季節にぴったりのボディを持っています。そして、このIPAの主役はカスケードホップで、北米産カスケードを醸造工程で大量に使用することで、柑橘や松の風味をビールに与えます。また、仕上げのホップには、新鮮な印象を与えるアプローチとして、北米産カスケードの個性を補完するニュージーランド産カスケードとサザンクロスを使用しました。これにより、トロピカルや柑橘の活き活きとしたアロマに、わずかな松の香りが加わり、全体を丸くまとめ上げています。親しみやすく心地よい味わいでありながら、柑橘と松のアロマが心地よく感覚を刺激し、カスケードの持つ魅力を最大限に引き出した一杯となりました。

With hues of golden red and copper this near single hop style red ale celebrates the arrival of autumn. This beer has a mild malt character with subtle notes of toffee and biscuit designed to be refreshing and drinkable, but have enough body to welcome the cooler season. Cascade is at the forefront of this IPA, with a hefty amount of North American Cascade being used on the brewhouse, contributing notes of citrus and pine. For the dry hop we took a fresh take on this style by bringing in New Zealand cascade and Southern Cross to complement the North American Cascade by adding a vibrant aroma of tropical and citrus notes with just a hint of pine to round it all out. This is a beer designed to approachable and comforting to the pallet, while energizing your senses with a citrus pine aroma to show what a classic hop like cascade can do at its best.
