Snow Leopard is a truly remarkable Ale just like the majestic animal. It is exceptionally smooth, very light in colour and full-bodied with a creamy head.
An exceptionally smooth, very light in colour, and full-bodied with a creamy head that lasts on the palette. Lowly hopped but full flavouring taste – the ultimate winner with the brewer.

Cask at Bird In Hand, Stafford. Pours a hazy very pale straw with a small foamy off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is mainly malts with a hint of mint. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy but with some underlying sharpness. Flavour has citrus, malts and biscuits to start off with but later some berry fruits and lime come through leading to a decidedly fruity finish. This is rather nice with texture similar to a standard mild but also a refreshing fruitiness. [ Claims to be a “white mild”]

Mmmm. Not sure that this works for me. It's a very light ale that really doesn't taste like 4.9%

Cask pint at Cobblestones, Bridgwater. Pours light hazed pale gold with a white cap. Light roast, hints of caramel & nuts. Light sweet & bitter, creamy mouthfeel. Light to medium body with fine carbonation. In great condition, this was tasty.
