Mighty Embodiment of Bitterness. Brewed to music in the purest tradition of the Citrappist Shaolin monks from wild malts hunted in the distant lands of Pithiviers. Bottled under the supervision of William and Nelson, a clever blend that guarantees you the invincible ancestral power of our coach: Sim.

Bottle at 6e Noordelijk Kerst- en Winterbierenfestival, Hoogeveen. Aroma is fruity, citrus, tropical fruits, sweetish malt, hops. Flavour is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Mild flavoured IPA, but I dig the tropical fruits in the aroma.

22/XI/22 - on tap @ HoReCa expo (Gent), BB: n/a (2022-1670) Thanks to Erwin, Peter and others for sharing today’s beers.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, irregular, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: wow, very bad, really unpleasant smell, malty, grains, but also very chemical, metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bad, unpleasant bitterness, very malty, very chemical, bah, big fat nope. Really don’t like this one at all. What’s up with this stand? All the beers here taste awful.
