Rested Wind is a 16-month barrel-aged Arctic wild ale, brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and spelt, accompanied by hefty amounts of our favorite herbs, yarrow and meadowsweet. In the aroma and taste, you'll find tartness and some sweetness, stone fruit character, bitter fruits, and hay.

0,375l bottle (161 of 831) from K-Supermarket Pohjantähti, enjoyed @ Kakslauttanen. Pours cloudy yellow with a low head. Aroma is complex sour malts with some herbs. Flavor is complex sour malts, herbs, hops. Excellent once again.

Almost clear golden yellow colour, no head. Aroma of sour peaches, grapes, apples. Taste of sour grapes, pineapple, mango, tropical fruits, easy to drink.

0,375l bottle from Tuju Taproom. Bottle #685/831. Bit hazy orange golden beer with small head. Aroma and flavor has tart notes, cloudberries, honey, earthy notes. Not my favourite style, but very nice, at same level than Tuju's best sour beers.

37,5 cl bottle @ Nurmo. Bottled 23.4.2024, BBE 04/2034 Bottle #410/831 Aroma has sour cream, orange and earthy tones. Also lemon. Flavour has orange, some green apples, earthy notes. Good.
