Small white to transparant head over hazy orange beer. Oxydized, biscuit, sweet cookies with 'citrus' filling. Slight sourish hint, immediately followed by pure speculoos. Doesn't smell nor taste of kafir lime at all, and I also miss the Gose minerality. Good carbonation, slick. Finish gets rid of the oxydation, and finally gets more convincing citrus in the aftertaste. It's obvious. Menno's gone.

Clear, Amber color and a white head. Nose Is sour, fruity. Taste Is citric, Lemon and orange. Sour, faint salty.

Süffiger, salzig-fruchtiger Beginn. Weich, dezente Säure, spritzig. Feine Karbonisierung, zunehmende Herbe, salzig-säuerlicher Fruchtabgang. Gelungen. 10/11/12/11/9/11

Clear deep amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of blood orange, zest, lime, caramel. Taste of tart lime, citrus, oranges, grapefruit, zest.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 21.05.2024/bbe 21.05.2025) im 2024-09 getrunken. Dieses gelbe Ale kommt mit einem recht kräftigen Ananas/Citrus-Aroma daher. Alles zumsammen sehr gut balanciert und ausgewogen. Schönes Ale für den Sommer!
