ogether with our good friends at Great Notion we combined the best qualities of their award-winning Ripe with our notorious Ghost in the Machine to create one marvelous and truly innovative hazy DIPA. The pillowy base is brewed from a multifarious bill of flaked oats, malted wheat, 2-row, and Weyermann Carafoam to add body and the slightest hint of caramel. After the Cosmic Punch yeast has worked its magic on this super-wort, we dose the 8.5% ABV beer with some of our most beloved hop varieties: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Simcoe. The cherry

Nordic pint showing turbid pale gold with a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet pineapple and light kiwi.

The palate is well carbonated and light to medium bodied. Moderately intense notes of pineapple with strong notes of adzuki malt and barely any bitterness followed by more light notes of pineapple.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit melons grapes. Taste is more of the nice hop mix citrus melons grapes.

FD-6: The Amityville Horror (1979). Very tropical aroma, flavor. Pineapple, mango, orange. Bit boozy, but doesn’t have a negative impact. Some white wine grapes too as it warms. Scintillating from Great Notion.
