Color amarillo dorado muy turbio. Aroma a manzana fresca con notas de heno, hierba y un recuerdo cítrico. En boca es de dulzor bajo, acidez media-alta, sabor ligeramente cítrico y levemente afrutado, final seco.

Draft. A- Funky, sulphur. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Barnyard, funky, musty. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- Holy funk cow. This was a barnyard sulfuric mess and I mean that in a good way. This was a tasty sour cider. I love sours so this cider hit the spot. A lot of fiesty-ness.

700mL (where is my extra 50mL?) corked-only (I guess no worries about it popping out) green bottle with the cool retro label [$7.99]. Bottle has giant yeast poop clumps at the bottom. I did my best to pour it strong and hard like a porno video. Got a small head that quickly faded. Strong and hard with a little head, hehe. At first I am disappointed by the cider, I want more tartness and sourness. However, as I drink the tartness builds. Its a green apple skin tartness with a little wild yeast vomit. Subtle carbonation felt on the tongue. Very dry finish. Low sweetness but not completely attenuated. At this price and the cool label I could definitely come back to the cider. Also, why can’t local cider mills make a similar product at a similar price?
