We blended half a barrel of beer with half a barrel of cider made from untreated Belgian apples from high standard trees. They were barrel-aged together for 9 months.

Taster From bottle at home. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells apples, tannins, parfumy, earthy, peppery. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apples, peppery, tannins, herbal, wine notes, grassy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, tannins and grassy notes. Very nice one
