This beer is an Imperial Mexicake stout, aged for more then 2 years on 6 barrels.
One of them a Hot Sauce barrel from Texas, besides that Maple Bourbon, Irish whiskey and regular Bourbon.
Just before bottling we dry spiced this beer with some vanilla, cacaobeans and chillies to give you the last kick in this bold beer.
The heat is well balanced, we tried to make it drinkable for the most of you. Expect a warm feeling in your mouth and throat when you take a sip.

Galea - Little Black Dragon
Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque black color, small beige to light brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, heavy roast, peppers in there for sure and they actually add something to the beer and even though I think the 14,5% is over the top, overall it's not bad. 8-7-7-8-7

6/VI/24 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Didier’s mansion, BB: n/a, bottled: 24/II/24 (2024-367)
Clear dark brown to black beer, aery irregular beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, lots of soy sauce, unripe pineapple, a bit fruity, green apples, caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots and lots of alcohol, sugary, sweet, caramel, muscovado sugar, alcohol, some chocolate. Aftertaste: more alcohol burning the throat, very oxidized, a bit earthy, sugary, some vanilla, whisky, a bit acidic. Ok but not the best. Definitely not worth the price I paid for this.
