Deze weizen is fris en heeft de de kenmerkende aroma’s van een weizen in de geur, die van banaan en kruidnagel. Daar hebben we een lichte toets van meloen aan toegevoegd d.m.v. de hoppen die we gebruikt hebben. De smaak is licht, fris en goed doordrinkbaar door een aangename zuur die uit de tarwemout naar voren komt. De afdronk is fruitig met een zuur in de ondertoon.

Hops: Perle, Hall. mittelfrue, Huel Melon

Fles 33cl bij De Cantharel in Apeldoorn. Wat banaan, fruitig, licht plakkerig, steenfruit, citrustonen, bittertonen, licht zoet. (19-2-2025).

Dorada nebulosa de bonitas, espuma blanca, cremosa y aroma, denotas, cítricas y especiadas. Tiene buen punto de gas, y es agradable de beber con buen equilibrio entre notas, dulces, frutales y especiadas.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark brass colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma with a minimally bready touch, hints of banana, banana bread, whiffs of pear. Taste is yeasty fruity, slightly wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, hints of banana, banana bread, a touch of clove, mildly bitter, hoppy overtones. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Relatively fruity and sweet, a bit insipid - OK.
