Bottle 75 cl - corked and caged. Pours a cloudy golden with a smallish, off-white head. Complex aroma of acetobacter, wild yeast and lactic acid. Kinda light in body, tart balsamico, some astringency from the oak barrels but not many port notes. 200626

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange, white head. Aroma is mild minerals to earthy. Floral to fruity. Medoum dry, subdued fruity. Mellow and lingering fruity. Juicy and fruity dry finish.

Bottled. A cloudy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, brett, wood, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of brett, citrus fruits, wood, and lemons, leading to a tart finish. 8/2/8/3/16

Jens Smagning 26/02/2026 - funky tart with notes of orchard fruit, medium body and acidity, just getting a slight accent of the port barrel coming through into the tart lingering finish.

75cl Bottle. Pours amber copper with a bubbly White head. Great depth. Funk, farmhouse and barnyard. Port barrel for sure. Sesame and Slight Dark fruity slash caramel. Tasty. 4.1.
