We’ve been singing the night away with our buddies at Coolhead brewery for years now, and here’s the result of all those long-drink fuelled sessions - Karaoke Beer ❤️

We’ve asked ourselves what will get the party started, and the answer? Take a light, simple gose, add a heavy handed addition of preserved grapefruits, tonnes of grapefruit juice, bagfuls of juniper berries, and a hint of botanicals. Make it fizzy, stick it in a nice blue and white can and you’ve got your night started.

Now just queue up your favourite bangers, find a friend to duet with, and hit those high notes!

We taste clear zesty pink grapefruit with a balancing juniper and herbal spiciness, that washes down the tongue with a bubbly carbonation

Thanks fonefan! Orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is salty, some mild floral tones with a bit grapefruits and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is floral, some grapefruits and mild salty tones with a slight tartish zesty kick to it

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy orange colour, rich lively head. Aroma of apricot jam. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Apricot jam with extra sugar, topped with slight citric acid and run through a soda streamer. Pointless.

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours hazy orange with a fast fading white head. Aroma of light malt, berries, citrus, lime, grapefruit. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, little malt, berries, juniper, lime, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 130325

0,44l can from CoolHead taproom, shared with wiosna @ home. Pours hazy pink with a low head. Aroma is gin long drink. Flavor is bitter and tart grapefruit with some hops. Not quite long drink after all, which is nice.
