Tasting @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome), thank you Fabio! Gialla, mediamente torbida, schiuma leggera. Al naso note di lieviti selvatici, vinoso, stalla, legno, balsamico. In bocca è acida decisa, vinosa, lunga e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.
