Zenne x Alsace 2023 Shortlived whitish head over almost clear golden beer, finely carbonated. Horseblanket, immortelles, spicy, grapes. Sour grapes, farmyard, straw, horseblanket flavours. Quite well-carbonated, lipsmacking acidity and sharpish carbonation. Acidburn and -thinning. Long lasting flavours. Interesting hybrid, but not really outstanding. Txs to Stef!

Borefts 2024. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart peaches, white grapes, brett. Taste of sour peaches, brett, apricot, easy to drink.

Op tap bij Borefts '24. Goudgele kleur, dunne witte kraag. Licht funky, druiven, witte wijn, zacht, licht zwavelig, ook hier haal ik de 8% niet uit maar dit is een prima zachte Lambiek.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, earthy, a bit floral, lots of brett notes, wild and funky, a bit lemony, woody notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lemony, pretty acidic, bitter touch, woody, nice brett notes, spicy. Aftertaste: fruity, a bit herbal, woody, tannins, decent stuff!

Tap at Borefts. Slight hazy light golden. Riesling, sour grains, sulphur, funk, light mineral, dry herbal notes and citrus zest. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter.edoum bodied, quite dry.

On tap at Borefts 2024. Hazy gold orange colour lasting white head. Lambic aroma with white grapes. More white wine in the mouth I thought it was excellent. Dry finish. Very good fruity lambic. Superb.
