My Rochefort glass is in place and I make take the pour. I view a murky caramel brown liquid completed by a small ring of light tan foam but there is steady amount of carbonation fortunately. I smell candied fruit, grain and malt. The taste is interesting, not your usual quad obviously. Dried apples, a hint of toffee, bread, leather, wood, yellow raisins and alcohol. Decently all right, numerous De Molen quadrupels I prefer.
