Véritable bière d’abbaye, avec un bon coffre. Tirant légèrement sur l’ambrée, elle a beaucoup de caractère. C’est une bière faisant référence à l’Abbaye de Saint Winoc (Bergues).

Bottle 33cl. from the brewpub, Bergues @home poured into a teku glass. Bit misty pale amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, sugar syrup, Taste light light heavy sweet, malty, caramel, sugar syrup, spicy notes, some alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, flat carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, somewhat sugary, alcohol, very nice.
