Bouteille 33cl à La Belle Equipe, Bruxelles. BB 12/2020. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme classique de premium pils, houblon noble sans grande saveur, grains, malt pils. Palais est léger, pils, classique, amertume noble et plutôt neutre, sec sur la fin.

Bottle at Geno d'Campos, Euston Station. Gold pour with a white head. Aromas of caramel, sweet fruit. Flavours of light malt, sweet fruit. Bt bland.

330ml bottle. Crystal clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Sweet-ish, pale malty, strawy aroma, a minimally sugary touch of hundreds and thousands, weak hoppy overtones with homoeopathic floral touch. Taste is slightly sweet, pale malty with an unspecific floral-fruity, almost chamomile-like touch; smooth and soft palate. Initially just flattering sweetness turns out to become (too) obtrusive in the end.

Intensità olfattiva leggera. Persistenza olfattiva corta. Cappello di schiuma a bollicine grandi, roccioso e abbondante ma non persistente, per quanto qualche merletto insista sul vetro. Carbonazione bassa e morbida. Limpidezza chiara. Colore giallo limone. Amaro percettibile. Corpo chiaro. Struttura sottile. Equilibrio verso il basso dato da dolce leggero e amaro leggero, con un pochino di salato. Intensità gustativa leggera ma persistenza gustativa buona. Al naso sentori di granturco. Finale felpato e secco. Retrogusto veloce.
