Can. Clear amber with a good cm of white head that never quite gives up. Intriguing hoppy aroma with tropical fruit, pine and other wood, kumquats, breadcrust. Bittersweet taste - but mostly bitter, with crusty bread and some tenor register tropical flavours giving way to firm resin and strong bitterness. Yum. The collaborating brewery (not mentioned on the can) is said by Carwyn to be Deep South - yet to appear here.
