Last beer of the fest, I wanted to start with this but they didn’t tap it until a few hours before the fest finished… Nice orange brown with tan foam. It’s bready peppery and very dry. Yummy. Tap @ Ibaraki Bakuon

Good stuff. The lighter alcohol takes the edge of the usual sweetness a bit.
