Spectrum of gods is a west coast IPA in collaboration with our supplier using the freshest Lupulorex hops. We wanted to unite 3 gods with their hops: Zeus (god of gods in Greek mythology), Azacca (the god of agriculture in Haiti), and Zappa, the rock god.
The result has been a bright golden IPA with a crystal-clear appearance. It has a creamy foam and 7% ABV. In aroma, we find fresh nuances of citrus and herbal notes coming from Zeus and Azacca hops. In taste, we notice these fresh notes and also the rock presence of Zappa hops, which brings a combination of tropical fruit notes, spices, and a mentholated freshness that together will make your skeleton move and enjoy this dance with the gods. Enjoy this classic-style IPA containing fresh and subtle notes of tropical fruits and a slight bitterness.
Malts: Malt pale ale
Hops: Zeus, Azacca and Zappa.
Dry hopping: Zeus, Azacca and Zappa.

Cloudy orange with a white head. Jagged hop profile that doesn't really have much in the way of an aroma. Like, it has some malt and hop notes, but nothing distinct. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar to the aroma. finishes a touch sweet and bitter. I think the bitterness is the main player here but needs some balance with aroma and flavoring hops, too.
