Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, cherry, grassy, quince, earthy, light beet notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, cherries and beetroot notes. Very good one

Dark ruby body, with a small, pinkish head. Aroma of cherry, red wine, slight quince. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes sour, fruity, vinous. Lovely. The cherry wine is much more prominent than the quince. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17
