Black Science is an experimental Cuvée that blends Russian Imperial Stout, Barleywine, and Wheatwine, merging roasty stout notes with subtle, stone fruit esters. This malty beast is further conditioned on a healthy bed of toasted coconut, cacao nibs, macadamia nuts, Tahitian vanilla and freshly roasted coffee beans.

Canned 11/17/21. Near black dark brown, creamy light brown head. Smells sweet, milky chocolate, some iced coffee. Some sharp carbonation, boozy, not too thick, but decently smooth. Taste is highly sweet at first, with a roast bitter below. Lots of vanilla
