Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Aroma was pleasant funky tart notes, barnyard. Berry, with some herbal character, and some really nice tartness.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Darker honey golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, funky and light earthy nose. Funky, wood, notes of grapes and light lemon with quite dry finish. Really nice.

750mL bottle, pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderfully fragrant barnyard funk, oak, and lemony notes. Flavour has a wonderful lemony character, with barnyard funk, some old furniture, and wood. Wonderful yeast character, with lots of lemon, wood, and funk. Beauty.

750mL bottle, cork and cage. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Tons of dirty barnyard funk on the nose; floral accents, some berry. Flavour has an excellent rustic yeast profile, grassy herbs, tart almost rhubarb-like tartness. This is excellent.

Deep golden colour, and bright. Thin, weak head. Smells like gueuzy leather depth. Earthy, with fresh malt, bright acidity...this is the concept of a beer that tastes fresh when it ages. The richness of the acidity, and the hints of leather, the depth of the acidity. This is an old soul, even for gueuze, and that's a beautiful thing.

T: light lemony sourness, gooseberries, green apples, nice woody tannins, hay, leather touch, peach, nice funky, decent bitterness, bit puckering, medium carbonation, very elegant for the style, fully enjoyed.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Very funky, lots of citrus, wood, barnyard. Taste is smooth, dry with grassy notes. Very well balanced, not too tart. Very nice geuze.
