The Brother Adam is a Hybrid Wild Beer. The Wild ALe is barrel aged for 1-2 years in various oak barrels. Johanitter Orangewijn '22 is from the VieVinVjenne winery. The percentage of wine is 27% and is added after emptying the barrels. The smell starts with honey and the taste starts creamy with a slightly filmy mouthfeel. Bitter and nutty notes emerge quickly. The aftertaste is a bit fresher and the acids are a bit more prominent.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of brett, sour yellow fruits, some wood. Taste of sour white grapes, brett, yeast, yellow fruits.
