Ein klassisches West Coast Pale Ale. Bitter im Abgang, durch die HBC-Hopfen gleichzeitig aber auch fruchtig-tropisch im Geschmack.

Mit diesem Bier beteiligen wir uns der internationalen Aktion ALES for ALS vieler Brauereien weltweit. Ziel der Aktion ist es, Spenden für die ALS-Forschung zu sammeln. Yakima Valley Hops stellte die Hopfen, wir spenden einen Teil der Einnahmen (0,50 € pro Flasche) aus dem Verkauf an das ALS Institute in den USA.

330ml bottle. "Dirty", hazy amber colour with small to average, frothy, osteoporosing, off-white head. Slightly zesty and minimally waxy, citrusy fruity and minimally leafy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, hints of lemon tea, lemon. Taste is bitter, minimally zesty, citrusy fruity and slightly leafy hoppy, caramel malty basis with very low residual sweetness, hints of lemon, old lemon peel, some lemon tea, a touch of black tea.
Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Fairly refreshing without overly fresh hop flavours - nothing spectacular.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before June 2025. Very hazy, brownish orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity and a little dank aroma of mango, orange and passion fruit. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity and a bit dank taste of mango, passion fruit, orange and nettles, followed by a short, quite bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that great, probably not as intended, still quite drinkable.
