Blended with Lumber is our Barrel-blended Imperial Stout series. Blend #4 features 1/3 Imperial Stout aged for over 30 months in Weller barrels blended with 2/3 fresh Imperial Stout. The finished product was then conditioned on Pecans, Coffee, Vanilla Beans, and Coconut.

Can shared by Steve! Opaque black with thin ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, coconut. Taste follows aroma, mild nut. Smooth texture, full bodied, soft carbonation, finish as taste with mild alcohol.

Nagy, tartós, barna hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kakaós, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös, vaníliás, leheletnyit kókuszos illat. Csokis, kakaós, kávés, kissé poros, vaníliás, aszalt gyümölcsös ízek, némi hordóval, kókusszal és pekán dióval. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Isteni, jól kiegyensúlyozott, minden ízesítést kiérezni, de egyik sem tolakodik.

12 oz. can from the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The nose is toasted pecan and coconut, dark chocolate, heavy oak, with some peat and mint in the finish. Sweet and malty, with a mild, earthy bitterness. Heavy body, syrupy, and nicely grainy. Delicious, complex, and remarkably balanced.

12 oz can. Pours black with short tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of chocolate fudge, vanilla, sweet bourbon, coconut, subtle pecans, and slick roasted malts. Rich flavors follow same with additional chocolate nougat. Nice balance of the adjuncts, though not getting the coffee. Great stuff.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger brown head that lingers. Dark chocolate, coffee, bourbon and vanilla on the nose. Viscous on the palate with more of the same notes as it goes down. Some vanilla and warming bourbon on the finish. Smooth with nice lingering bourbon-focused notes alongside the chocolate. Very good.
