BASEMENT PARTY
Kellerbier is a style (hat goes way back, originating in Franconia (south-central Germany) where the beer was brewed, casked, then stored to ferment and develop in caves (cellars) which had reliably stable temperatures, It's a sessionable lager with a lean body, gentle hop presence, and keen disposition for good times.

(Can) Pours clear golden amber with good white head. Nice aroma with bread, light caramel, some fruity notes and maybe a hint of honey. Medium body with bright, slightly coarse carbonation. Good taste. Caramel malt and herbal hops. Reasonable peppery bitterness in the finish. Pretty straightforward but pleasant enough.

Can. Gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of light breadcrust, grain, floral and peppery hops. Pretty light in body and malt but the hops and bitterness are punchy but don't overwhelm. There's a slight waft of tropical about them too - a not quite noble hop thing that I like.
